To use this site and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products & Orders

Product Descriptions

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and other content on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or current. Colors may vary depending on your screen and lighting conditions.

Samples

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full wallpaper order. This ensures you’re comfortable with the color, texture, and scale before committing.

Custom Orders

All wallpaper is made to order. Slight variations in color and print may occur due to the nature of the printing process.

Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion.

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all product details, dimensions, and materials before checking out. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and other secure forms of payment offered at checkout.


Shipping

Processing Time

All wallpaper is custom printed and ships within 7–14 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping Time

Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and the selected delivery method. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

International Shipping

We’re currently working with our fulfillment partner to enable international shipping. This includes setting up systems for duties, taxes, and import processing.

Until this is resolved, international shipping is temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your patience and will update this page as soon as it's ready.


Returns & Cancellations

Final Sale Policy

Because each wallpaper order is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is in production.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@riverpinestudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it.

Installation Disclaimer

We do not offer refunds or replacements for wallpaper that has already been cut, altered, or installed—regardless of issue. Always lay out and inspect your wallpaper fully before beginning installation.


Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, product designs, and branding—is the property of Riverpine or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.


Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Riverpine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage resulting from installation or use of wallpaper.


Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action related to these terms must be filed in the courts of New York.


Mobile Terms of Service

The Riverpine mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Riverpine (“we,” “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to Riverpine’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Riverpine through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Riverpine. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Riverpine or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Riverpine mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
