Refund policy
Each order is made just for you. While all sales are final, we understand issues can arise and accept returns under specific conditions.
Custom Product Policy
All Riverpine wallpaper is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns unless the conditions below are met.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, you must:
- Contact us within 30 days of your order date
- Provide proof of purchase
- Ensure the wallpaper is unused, uncut, undamaged, and in original packaging
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Final sale items
- Samples
- Damaged or altered products
- Orders placed with incorrect measurements or material choices
Return Process
To request a return, email us at info@riverpinestudio.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If approved, your refund (minus a 15% restocking fee) will be issued within 1–3 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item was defective or sent in error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
For damaged or incorrect items, Riverpine will cover return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right and cover return shipping when applicable.
